Amazonia Fabularum is an illustration I created for the The Art of Interpretation – Re-imaginings of Kwaidan, featured at the Kwaidan exhibition at The Hunt Museum, Limerick in January, 2025. The book was designed, printed, produced, and sewn at the Publication Station, LSAD (Technological University of the Shannon) in partnership with The Hunt Museum.
The artwork incorporates elements of Brazilian culture and folklore in a playful and non-stereotypical way, drawing additional inspiration from pre-Columbian and Japanese masks
