Amazonia Fabularum is an illustration I created for the Kwaidan project, a collaborative illustrated book inspired by Japanese folklore and horror stories (but not limited to it). The artwork incorporates elements of Brazilian culture and folklore in a playful and non-stereotypical way, drawing additional inspiration from pre-Columbian and Japanese masks.
